Description Show more
Kevin Roche's design is an attempt to combine modern office design with historical architectural detail. The beneficiary of air rights from the Citibank building, the massive office building is 52 stories and 1.7 million square feet. At the base is a covered indoor plaza clad entirely in white tiles giving a Moorish feel to the space. A postmodern, Greek-revival, and neoclassical look to emphasize both height and size.
